Project: ASSIGNMENT 01: Building Services of a Bathroom [40% - Individual]
Timeframe: Week 01 – Week 06
Description: The aim of this assignment is to enhance your awareness on the balance between the aesthetics
of a designed space (ie bathroom) and the corresponding network/technical design of the building
service (Water Supply Network) and how it ultimately can affect the level of service/comfort to the
Client/User. This enhances the students’ appreciation and intuition for building service systems
design and construction process and integration with other stakeholders in the industry value
chain namely the M&E Engineer and the contractor, to meet the needs of the Client/User.
